Question: Has the EmoryCardiology.com domain previously been for sale?

Answer: This domain has not previously been for sale. I had originally purchased the domain solely for the purpose of putting information on the web about the Emory Division of Cardiology with no intention of ever selling the domain. However, on 9/11/2007, after being informed that the Cardiology.com domain was purchased for US$550,000.00 and after receiving an offer from Emory University for less than its fair market value, I have been moved to put this domain on the market so that others may have the opportunity to purchase this high-profile cardiology domain at its current market value. However, this opportunity is for the domain only and not the web content. If interested, please leave a message at 404.699.2780 (serious inquiries with offers of more than US$550,000.00 only).

Question: Were you ever paid to construct this web site?

Answer: No. I was asked nicely in 1998 to do Emory University the favor of putting together this site which acted as the main Emory Cardiology Division web site while I was a cardiology fellow. They remain indebted to me for this favor. Per yet another request by Emory University and another favor by me, I converted this site to the current tribute in 2005, which was 4 years after I completed my fellowship training in 2001.

Question: Where are you located in the Y2K group photo?

Answer: To the left of Drs. Hurst, Alexander, and King...
